Joko is the super app for shopping, getting very strong traction in France as it ranked #1 in the shopping chart this summer.
We worked hands in hands to improve their apps, used routinely by million of users.

Optimizing the core user experience
We worked on key parts of the main app experience, including the redesign for their sign-up & onboarding user flows (including bank connections).
In addition to fleshing out a seamless UX, it was a great opportunity to infuse strong brand markers throughout the UI.

Joko empower people to save money on their daily purchases. While the vision has grown to transform the entire shopping experience, boosting users' purchasing power remains at the heart of what the team does.
We looked carefully at the experience for cashback, gift cards, merchant coupons to optimize every elements of the user experience — with a strong focus on UX writing.
Rooting for a robust design system
As their product and tech teams overly capitalize on a design system approach, we spent a great amount of time completing, refining the master design system.
There is a very keen appreciation for visual design in Joko's product culture so we took on a pixel perfect approach as a core design principle while also pushing to maintain a very cohesive experience.
