We partnered with Staycation to bring "Daytime Experience" to life: a new offer turning hotels into the go-to spots in the heart of the city, for millions of users.
Staycation product let user experience the world’s most beautiful hotels, for 24 hours, 48 hours, or just a few hours.
We led the discovery and design phases for the successful launch of the new "daytime" offer; expanding the experience for users.

A new way to look a hotels experience
Daytime (previously "Moments") is a recent offer released in 2023, that resulted in strong user adoption.
It opens up magical experiences of a few hours, daytime or evening for Staycation users wishing to get away without spending a night out.


Aligning on a fancy design vision
We partnered with the Staycation team for the product discovery phase by gathering user insights from hotel staff and guests interviews to clearly define the opportunity.
Then we led the design vision by exploring many directions to showcase the daytime categories (spa, cocktails, lunch, massage..) and main details of those daytime experience in a clear and appealing way —without conflicting with the nightstay offer.



An irresistible offer, by Staycation
We chose to propel the Staycation brand even further using hotel cover pictures and aspiring imagery. The key challenge was to define the right balance for Moments alongside the core offer (night), while keeping a very intuitive and consistent experience.
All of it made participated in making the feature desirable.

We also had design proposals on how to drive discovery and user engagement further within the homepage, the search experience and by introducing narrative story format in the detail page.
