Based in the US, they provide 24/7 care that is 100% confidential and protected.

Inspire trust to start the conversation
Marvin’s mission is to uplift and support. We took this very seriously as we cared to approach the redesign of a brand identity that needs to guide people toward a better life.
In one word : balance. The challenge was to find the way to spread the right wakeup message while building on an optimistic outlook.



Authenticity as a trigger for actions
Our art direction for photography and representing the environment has been driven by the will for authenticity ("drained heroes" concept)
We dare to show how clinicians feel when facing real struggles in their daily life, and to accept that it's time to take care of the great people that take care of us.

Embodying care and reliability
Marvin Health has to be perceived as a strong brand, a service that healthcare professionals can come to when they face difficulties at the workplace or in their household.
The choice of yellow as the main bright brand color, clean color themes (soft blue/white associations), and Aeonik/Cooper as the main fonts opens a doorway for positive support run by qualified professionals.



Consistency is key
Brand consistency is always as a strong driver for building trust. In Marvin's case it also helps their users navigate through complex flows of information when they aren't feeling at their best.
We've worked on all UI aspects of their product to provide a calm and seamless experience end to end.
The making of a wellbeing brand
The brand embodies optimism through vibrant colors, typography, shapes, and illustrations, while maintaining a professional tone and clean layouts.

The power of illustrations
The marketing team asked us to complete the brand system with a set of illustrations they could use for general positive messages when reaching a very diverse audience.
The photography is the main asset to convey clinicians struggle ; however we were pleased to design a versatile, coherent set of unique hand-drawn characters and situations just for that.

We were glad to nail all the brand details by carefully crafting templates and examples for:
social media posts, social media banners, presentation slides, marketing emails, product emails, physical goodies, popup banners, flyers, posters..
